"I love my job, I love what I do!" I've had the pleasure of selling real estate in the city of Yuma since 1983. It's great to start out the day knowing that it's going to be a new and exciting day in the Yuma real estate market!
I'm married to Greg Malouff and we have three wonderful children, Dustin, Miranda and Chelsea. I attended kindergarten through high school here in Yuma, AZ, and after a few short stints in Boulder, Colorado and Old Mexico, where I learned to speak fluent Spanish, I came home and went to real estate school, and became a Realtor. So now after all these years, I've had the pleasure of watching Yuma grow from a sleepy little town to what I consider a "boomtown". You can't go wrong buying real property in Yuma, AZ.
Our office is located on the main thoroughfare at 593 S. 4th Avenue. Our office is in a 1919 historic home that has been converted into an office. Jessica Francis
Has resided in Yuma since she was 6. She started working as Carolyn's secretary at 17 and at 20 she got her real estate license. She is a graduate of Cibola High School and Arizona Western College with an Associates in Theatre. Jessica is married to a US Marine, Jeremy, and they have two children, Cately and Eli. Jessica is also a member of Dawn's Dance Studio and AWC Community Theatre.
Phebe Davis
Originally moved to Yuma when she was 2 years old. She attended Kofa High School and Arizona Western college before moving away. She returned "home" to Yuma with her son Aidan in 2005 at which time she began working for Carolyn. Phebe has been a licensed Realtor since 2006.
Tammy Harman
Tammy Harman is full of energy, with a positive attitude! She was born and raised in Iowa, but has also lived in Nebraska, Michigan, and Missouri, before moving to Yuma. She is the wife of Vince Harman, a pastor at Christ Lutheran Church. They have four wonderful children, Sarah, Rachel, Jacob, and Caleb, who keep their lives hoppin'.
Tammy has spent much of her adult life being an elementary school teacher, aside from being a busy mom and pastor's wife, but made the career move to being a Realtor.
